Herioc or Event Token Upgrade

I would like an option to upgrade tokens we have saved. meaning if i have 4 x 10pack herioc, i should pay lets say "100hp" to upgrade to a 40 pack. or if i have a 10 singles, i should get 1 10 pack for 25hp. This could apply to all event tokens. The odds and percentages are higher with larger packs, it should be easier to attain if we can get the upgrade option instead of terrible draw rates for singles.  The packs shouldn't always being about money, but also what we earned.  I have 16 x10 packs, i would like a 40 pack, so i can get better pulls for 4* BH.
