Bug: Sonar Strike does NOT add damage to Exploding Tech

Sonar Strike: (PASSIVE) When a Stunned enemy is damaged, Daredevil deals xxx damage to that enemy.

Running low on health packs (Exploding Tech tiles in SCL9 are still nasty...and broken) I was only able to test this a few times on Nico Minoru's 4* node, and Elektra's 3* node, but each time a stunned character was damaged by an Exploding Tech tile, Daredevil did not deal additional damage. 
He should have, because Sonar Strike does not specify that the damage must come from friendly attacks.

    I stunned Moonstone immediately prior to an Exploding Tech tile counting down, cast Elektra's Shadow Step, and was fortunate enough to have a black match to send Elektra to the front.

    The Tech tile exploded and dealt regular damage to Moonstone, Sonar Strike did nothing, of course, even though Moonstone was stunned and took damage; however, Elektra's Shadow Step trap negated the Tech tile's damage, dealt damage to Moonstone, and because Moonstone was stunned, Daredevil's Sonar Strike dealt its extra damage.

    Sonar Strike? Working as intended. Exploding Tech tiles? Broken.
