Zendicars Roil double creatures

After update for Ixalan, Zendikars Roil spawn double the amount of tokens. 4 2/2 instead of 2.
I have tried in two events, TG and OGW II, with two different PWs, Nissa1 and Samut, with same result on all occassions.

    Was there only one match involved, or did there happen to be a cascade that occurred, triggering additional Green matches? 

    While I'm not 100% sure if that would cause additional tokens to be generated, I just wanted to ask for due diligence, before relaying this info to the team.

    It happens always, under any circumstances, regardless of how it is triggered, what other cards are out or which planeswalkers are involved. impossible not to recreate it.
