Enrage only triggers once [Investigating]

I was playing with Bellowing Aegisaur in play and dealt it one damage. Enrage correctly triggered giving all my creatures +1/+1

Later in the match, this same creature got reinforced, and then I again dealt it one damage. This time, card popped up for the enrage trigger, but then my creatures didn't get +1/+1.

    This is still happening.  I've noticed that Bellowing triggers every time it is damaged, but it will only give the +1/+1 bonus to a stack once. Once a creature stack has been buffed by Bellowing, it will not receive any further buffs from Bellowing no matter how many times I kick my own dino....
