Inbox and Event Decks broken

For the last few weeks, I've been unable to access the inbox and unable to create event decks or select extant decks from my planeswalkers for events. Clearly this renders the game essentially unplayable. Using a Galaxy Note 4. I was hoping the Ixalan update would fix it, but it hasn't. Any ideas to work around this?

That's unfortunate. Have you tried reinstalling the game? Make sure to screenshot your settings page (for the account info) and link your account to Facebook first.
