Training grounds is having a derp moment

Playing my Huatli which is only lvl. 23 and I am getting continuously matched to lvl. 60 walkers...needless to say I'm getting **** handed to me... anybody else seeing something similar?

    I had my lvl 60 Kiora matched against a lvl 43 or 48 L3.

    Something I've wanted to know for a very long time...

    What deck does the very very first person to join each training grounds play against?

    Themselves in a mirror?

    Maybe the first two people play each other? The first person might be stuck finding opponent for an annoyingly long time then. It's also possible they seed in a few decks, possibly from other days of TG.
