Please fix scaling

The game is truly unplayable in its current state. I have spent hundreds over hours and a significant amount of money on this game. But somehow with your scaling I cannot participate in my favorite part of the game PVE. I have lost dozens of matches in heroic oscorp because the starting levels of my opponents are absolutely ridiculous. There is another member of my household with the same basic roster, plays the same amount of time, and has been able to play all nodes with fair challenge. But then I am punished because of an obscure system that doesnt make a whole lot of sense. I know it works for most, but it should work for all. Any other game that had this level of disparity between players would not allow it to continue. I have never once healed in prologue, do not have spiderman or usable OBW, and have never once taken top 1 or 2 in any event. There is no reason the game should have gone from a fun awesome game to the unplayble state its currently in. Please fix the scaling and if you cant, then please let us know how we "should play" so the game doesnt lock us out of events for some unknown reason.
