Champ levels returning to covers

In the last few days, I champ leveled at least 3 different characters (KK, Eddie Venom and someone else) and the next time I opened the game the used cover was back, one champ level less, no champ reward. That's only a loss of time for re-leveling, but nevertheless strange. It seems to be a Steam issue because it didn't happen on my iOS account yet.

    Sounds like your progress didn't get saved.  Happened to me once.  It didn't save my progress and lost out on DDQ rewards that were no longer available.  I was able to open a ticket and get the rewards from CS.  I don't think they had to do anything for steam and the issue only occurred once, if it's recurring you definitely want to get that resolved.

    I haven't lost anything so I won't bother CS. And it happened at least three times, so it is definitely recurring.

    Edit: It happened again, this time with 2 Angel covers at once. These champ levels were the last action before going out of the character screen and closing the game.
