all i see is thor... in every pvp battle.. well not really, its like 90% thor OBW mixes currently, and im willing to bet 80% + of the pvp battles are happening in the desert..... getting old.

by not specifying which thor, i think it was obvious i meant both..... the games become all about getting green as fast as possible while denying green because its just a bunch of thor clones battling out to see who the real thor is i guess.

I will admit I'm guilty of using OBW a lot, but only because I got tired of getting Call the Storm cast at me. I actually stopped playing PVP for a long time (until alliances were created actually) and did my best just with other events because I was tired of seeing him everywhere.

Do you know why? Everyone has OBW. Thor is the most easily accessible 2* from Story Mode. I feel like I'm the only LCap user in PVP, but damn it feels so good to 1 shot OBW. Yum

I think it also depends on your mmr. I see the occasional LThor, but for the most part I'm seeing Patch, Spiderman, and Punisher. The Top Gun tourney has been downright brutal b/c every other fight is Falcon + Spiderman + Patch/Punisher/CMags. My choice is to either win but come out very bloodied or use my own spidey to counter theirs.

I see a lot of Thor+OBW/Wolverine. Right now, my best team I can get is Ares+Daken. I have 13 covers for my own Thor, but he needs a re-spec (he has 5 Red and only 3 Green). And the ISO to level him to 85.

It's really dumb how 85 Thor just mops the floor with any character that isnt OP over him. All he needs is one distraction in front of him. Like party treats OBW, ares and MStorm. one way or another he will get green and even if you beat him, you're out of a **** load of health. and a fully covered Lazy Thor is silly. God this game is so poor balanced in certain areas....

But fear not. they will eventually renerf him before they bring the rest of the cast up to snuff. and who cares anyway its all about the precious 3*s.

I dunno, I only recently got my OBW maxed (again) because I sort of had no other choice. I built a new one (two weeks before finally coming to the forums and discovering respec was a thing they were going to do, same with 2* Thor, sigh, all that ISO wasted!) I got really tired of seeing her and bowed not to use her as much. But these games always bring my inner masochist anyway . And there will be two of us once I get the ISO to level him up further. I love Cap. Here's hoping for more diversity in teams later.

You're right. I only tanked enough to get away from all-141 level teams before so that had a lot to do with me seeing so many Thors, I guess. Now I'm seeing a lot of Spideys instead of OBWs.
