4* characters in taco vaults

I've been over 300 sweet tacos for several months now. waiting on a vault that has a cover i need. problem is, that hasn't happened. was wondering if 4* still in latest end up in the taco vaults or if it's only those in classics?

    I've got G4mora in mine this time.  
    It should always be the 4* required in the Clash, and a random 4*. With the ever growing list of 4*s, you have less than 1:5 odds of getting a latest 12.
