My most effective 4-star teams

Here are some of my favorite, most effective teams at the 4-star tier. Share some of yours!
Carnage, Mr. Fantastic, Medusa
Use of this team should be banned by the U.N. as a war crime. Carnage is spamming out special tiles for both sides, and any time one of them gets matched it benefits you - either by healing (Mr. F and Medusa) or generating AP (Medusa). It's almost impossible for the enemy to put out enough damage that will keep up with your healing. Mr. F's blue stun is the primary focus here - he'll derail the opponent with a 4-turn stun and create two fortified defense tiles with each cast. Carnage provides the bulk of your offense with his red and green abilities, but don't sleep on the damage potential of Mr. F's black Imaginaut tile.
(Alternate: swap Iceman for Mr. F and let Medusa's AP generation fuel Bobby to victory.)
Agent Coulson, Captain Marvel, Cloak & Dagger
This team gets stronger and stronger the longer a fight lasts, so it's awesome against long PvE wave nodes. Get as many of Carol's black strike-generating tiles out as you can; C&D will speed this up with their black tile generation. When C&D aren't making black tiles, they're making red attack tiles. Whenever you have enough purple for two casts of C&D's switcharoo, do so. Meanwhile, Coulson is in the background creating countdown tiles that Carol uses to buff everything.
(Alternate: swap Gamora for C&D and get her special tiles out as fast as possible.)
Cloak & Dagger, Riri Williams, Vulture
C&D will get Vulture airborne quickly with their black tile generation, so he can generate blue for Riri, who will use that to generate red for her big smasharoo. Weaken everybody to the point that Vulture can take them all out at once with his green AoE. Pretty simple.
America Chavez, Kate Bishop, The Hood
This is a sneaky team that can quickly overwhelm your foes. Miss America does all the work and all you want to do is have more AP in as many colors as possible so she's passively generating critical tiles and punching people. The Hood will help speed this up by stealing lots of AP. Kate is there to stay out of the way and let America tank her colors (which her red passive will turn into big match damage), but if needed any one of Kate's powers can hit like a freight train.
Moon Knight, Peggy Carter, Iron Man (Model 40)
Get 6 yellow as fast as you can and cast IM40's Recharge. Target the enemy with the lowest health until you can take him/her out with Peggy's red and/or Moon Knight's black, but before you do that stun the other two opponents with Peggy's blue. Once you're down to two stunned opponents, take one out with Moon Knight's green and let Peggy's blue countdown tiles take out the last foe.
(Alternate: Moon Knight can be swapped out for any big green nuker.)
Captain Marvel, Wasp, Falcon (3-star)
This takes a minute to set up but once you do, you will be nigh-unstoppable. Chase black, purple, yellow, and blue in that order. Use Carol's black and Falcon's purple to get special tiles out. Use Wasp's yellow to flip them back and forth as many times as possible, beefing them up. (Meanwhile, Falcon's yellow passive further buffs them.) Once Wasp's annoying little blue countdown is going off every turn, Carol buffs the tiles some more. Nothing will be able to withstand your strikes, or penetrate your defense.
Captain Marvel, Red Hulk, Rocket & Groot
Tired of losing to Grocket/Gamora/Medusa? Staring down the barrel of a 5-star team? Just throw these three out there, keep Red Hulk out in front so he takes any of the incoming damage, and watch the magic happen.

I should be putting this in my other thread, but since it is all 4*, this seems like a good place too.
Cyclops, Vulture, Star Lord
Get your black going quick and then start using Cyke's blue to get some red. This will spin through goon nodes fast because Star Lord's countdowns will make everything cheap. But even against regular opponents you will be firing powers quickly.0 -
