I'm curious

I don't have Liliana, the last hope, but I thought of a possible combo that I was wondering if it would work. Diregraf Colossus, Some Disassembly Required, a bunch of gem changers, and her ultimate ability. Once you had those out, would it boost Diregraf Colossus by +9/+9 for every match you make (+lifelink)? That seems like quite a bit.

Great idea! Indeed it would grow by +9/+9 per match with that setup up.

If you want to push things further, you can include Relentless Dead in the deck. That would allow you to keep your 4 2/2 Zombies created from each SDR kill as Relentless Dead should always come back on top. It would also resurrect a killed Diregraf Colossus in your graveyard each time it is killed.

And adding Diregraf Harvest would add another 2/2 Zombie and +2/+2 to Diregraf on each match.

And Gisa and geralf to have more creatures coming back every turn!

Those would definitely make the combo even crazier! I just don't have any of those cards… Who knows, I might by the time I get this Liliana.

I just built your deck, using every card mentioned in this thread.  Unfortunately you can only fit one gem changer on top of Graf Harvest and Some Disassembly, but this was the list:

    Diregraf Colossus
    Gisa and Geralf
    Relentless Dead
    Some Disassembly Required
    Graf Harvest

    I added:

    Chrome Mox
    Prized Amalgam
    Behold the Beyond
    Slaughter Pact
    To the Slaughter

On the big turn, I directed all of my kill spells at Relentless.  I started with a 9/9 Diregraf, and ended the turn at 87/87 with a 60/60 stack of zombies (who had summoning sickness).  This effect could have been doubled/tripled/etc with a few Amalgams in the graveyard, but unfortunately, I didn't have any.

Admittedly, Some Disassembly didn't do the heavy lifting that turn.. but it did make it hard to get the ult out without winning first!

Back in the pre-cycling, pre-pre-nerf Baral days, zombies used to be some of the scariest guys around.

@spesler @DBJones  Having tried to duplicate the expected results, the consensus in my coalition is that Relentless Dead is a must for this to work and work well. I did not have the card sadly and got my tinykitty handed back to me in itty bitty pieces. lol.

That said, I really like the concept here. kudos
