The Latest Survey

First, I want to thank D3/ Oktagon for the latest survey, which was much more in-depth than anything we have seen in the last 2 years -- 

However, 

I feel like it created more questions and (at least for me) the vagueness made me a bit uncomfortable -- an example

One of the options for things we don't like about the game was "coalitions" -- however there are so many reasons people could chose it. 

I love coalition play, I don't want it to change, however I don't like the fact that top 500 coalitions just disappear and support says sorry about your luck, or that people have to drop their all time points and re-add themselves when a captainship needs to change, or that after 6 months the names are still messed up. There are so many things about the mechanics of coalitions that NEED to be fixed -- but was that their intention if I checked this box?

I felt this way about several of the options and questions and while I understand that an in-game survey should be short and concise, the feedback I've received is that many of the questions were confusing and some people had trouble answering and prioritizing because they didn't understand the intention of the options. 

I'd be interested to hear if anyone else felt this way, and about what question or option, specifically?
