Not receiving full rewards from DDQ

I completed deadpool’s Daily like normal today, had max progression but did not receive the final taco as a reward. What’s the deal?

    Took a few minutes but the final reward was delivered. Never seen it take that long.

    I've had that happen once in almost 2 years of playing.  I've heard a few others report it too.  I think it's a pretty rare issue, likely related to network issues.
