Any Locust God love out there?

This is the only exclusive card I have snagged so far and I have yet to run into anybody playing it sadly...I have been using him in a jace 2 cycle deck and it always makes me smile when jace's ult is down the God is out and I drop a Pull from Tomorrow...anybody else enjoy using him?

I use it in my HoR Saheeli -- and also the same deck sometimes on 3.2 of RotGP.

Sounds great missing a couple unfortunately...still kicking myself for not getting Imminent Doom when I had the chance

The key isn't Imminent Doom -- the key is the draw -- Locust God gets HUGE with all of the draw in that deck. There are tons of commons and uncommons that give the same effect.

Ok, it was hard but i found a semi-competitive way to use The Locust God and, at the same time, learn some basic Nicol Bolas functionality. Its a fun deck so i hope u try it

Once u have the dragon out the spells make The Locust God summon a ridiculous number of mini locusts. I think that god card is not designed for a fast dps match but to win in a single turn at number 5 or 6. Bolas can resist until the strategy is formed so is a 100% win in almost every event, even in the fourth disc of Trial of the Planes.

    I got my first taste of the Locust God & the Scorpion God among a few others just a little while ago in the event Return of the Pharaoh (3rd tier/disk 2nd match) & it was a great match/game/battle (Take your pick). I'm not that far up the food chain, I only have 2 non standard Planeswalkers & pretty new to Gold Tier. To be honest I'm not even sure how I got it (I don't own it). The Planeswalker that I was using was the base Liliana (50 mana crystal version).

    Now that I hopefully have your interest & yes I actually won the match (46 hp of 94 at the end). I stated that I wasn't sure what actually got it onto the board for me. it had to be one of the following. I noticed some glitching with the Saga.... Perhaps the game was taking pity on me.

Yawgmoth's Vile Offering (cost 10, Black Spell Rare, Dom Set):

    Cast only if you control a Legendary creature Pick one of the first 2 creatures from your opponent's graveyard. Move that card into the battlefield under your control. Your opponent can't activate Planeswalker Abilities until the end of their next turn.

Mastermind's Acquisition (Cost 9, Black Spell Uncommon (I'm not sure on the exp.)):

     pick one of the first 3 cards of your opponent's library. Fetch that card. If there are 6 or more black gems on the board, it gains 10 mana.

    The Eldest Reborn (Cost 14, Black Support Saga Enchantment, Uncommon Dom Set)

: I - The first creature your opponent controls is destroyed.

  II - Your opponent discards 2 cards.

  III - Pick 1 of the first 3 different creatures from your opponent's graveyard. Return it to the battlefield under your control
