Trial if the planes - should stay with the better rewards

Trail of the planes with the current rewards are not worth the time. During the holidays when the cost was lowered to 30 and the rewards give you the ability to make a profit, it makes the eight rounds to win worth it. Considering I have opened 5 of the masterpiece packs and have yet to pull one, the ability to atleast make a profit on gold makes you want to play it. If the programmers are reading this if you put the cost and the rewards like they were at the holidays more people would play the event.

Actually. No, they were worth it the old way but only for platinum. They should stay as they are but _all_ levels should have the 30 crystals refund as the final reward.

Agreed with kinesia. TotP is very much worth it at platinum level with the current rewards.

I'm going to have to disagree on one thing with you. Better rewards in Trials is one of the main incentives to get you to move up in tiers. If they make the rewards in gold better, then that just means more people will camp in gold.

I would say that when standard gets working properly people won't be able to campe long term. Constantly new and rotating sets will stop it.

Like many people currently in gold will hit platinum with Ixalan because they won't be able to stop themselves.


But, the _other_ rewards in trials, like everything other than the booster and the rebate can be adjusted totally for each level, So maybe do the rebate but adjust the other parts to make up for it so it's still worth going to platinum.
The problem right now is it's insulting that other levels are able to _play_ Trials, it sucks beginners in that don't realise it's not a good plan for them. They _think_ it is because it costs so it _has_ to be worth it, right? That's nasty and manipulative.
it needs to be "ok" for everyone, but the mix of gold/rune/pink can be adjusted for each level and that is the extra part that helpss platinum the most.

Heh... Or make the last reward for gold a guaranteed NONDUPE rare, then it's worth them plaaying it but it _encourages_ them to go to platinum still.
Silver could get a guaranttedd nondupe uncommon.

But still, I like having the rebate for everyone, I have a bronze alt and I'd like it to be worht playing.

I’d agree that ToTP seems a little weak right now at current costs.

You’re paying a lot of crystals to get a small part way towards a masterpiece pack AND you have to win some hard rounds to get there.  Beating other platinums with 2x damage and/or mana at 5 rounds is not a gimme.  I would say if you win all the way you should at least get your crystals back.

I say keep the cost increased on crystals, but leave the rewards at the double that they were on holiday season

I like the current TotP rewards get 20 jewels rather than 18 during holidays thought thats not right, even though it cost 60 crystals you still raise up with your crystals anyway from other events get the 30 back, get 15 from TG everyday, glad the old rewards are back now
