Who Tanks?: 3* and 4* Guide

So while trying to decide which 3* team I wanted to build, I put together this spreadsheet to get a better idea of which characters will tanks what colour for each other.

Characters go from most damage to least damage, top to bottom. If two characters do equal damage for a colour (say, BP and LazyCap both doing 67 yellow), then the characters are listed in order of HP, or alphabetical if HP is also equal. The green, yellow and red colours correspond to a character's HP. Green characters are 'tanks', which I'm defining as having 7000+ HP. Yellow characters are average, which for some reason means exactly 5800 HP (Except Doc. Doom, who has 5440). Red characters are 'squishies', meaning they have 5075 or less HP.
