Account restore not working

in MPQ Bugs and Technical Issues
After reinstalling the game from Amazon on my nexus 5x, restoring my Facebook save doesn't seem to be working.  I even tried plowing through the tutorial and first 2 chapters of the prologue and my account still isn't restored.
