Spining Loading Screen Bug

Started a match and you get the loading screen but just picture and no text and spinning circle at the bottom. nothing happens. You wait 1hr later, it' still spinning. Eventually you have to force close.
automatic LOST.
Can we please have the programmer fix it so that if it's a bug, it's not an automatic lost? If the Gameboard hasn't load yet, this shouldn't be a lost.
