Interactions with Quarantine Field and Omnipotence

Currently, the way these two cards interact is that whichever one was played most recently takes presidence. So if QF came into play most recently, Creatures and Supports cost 12+their original cost, while if Omni came into play, everything costs 0.

It'd make most sense for Omni to unconditionally override, because cost+12 reduced to 0 is 0, but I can't help but think that even if y'all at d3 don't agree with that, Quarantine Field shouldn't be increasing the ORIGINAL mana cost of a card by 12 when Omni is on the field, at the very least it should just increase supports and creatures by a flat 12. Its current mechanics make no sense
