Avacyn rare last reward dupe not converted to orbs [Solved]

I have got my rare from final individual reward in Avacyn madness and it has not been converted into orbs. I have it duped in my library. 

Of course I have the latest version and previous dupe rewards have been converted to orbs.

After restarting the app when entering the event screen it has autoconverted into orbs.
