New THOR bug or nerf?

Both 2 and 3 star Thor has a new bug I believe. CALL OF STORM shows 870 damage to target, 870 damage too other enemies. Should read 1781 damage/870 damage. Is this a known bug?

    Luckily, damage is still the same. But I just noticed that error in text as well.

    They just reworded that ability to x dmg to all enemies + x dmg to targeted one, instead of previous x dmg to target + x dmg to all. Otherwise nothing changed.

    Yeah, I was thinking this. It looked like it did a flat, in my case, 1001 damage to everyone. "What a crock!" I thought.
    Read it again and it says 1001 to all and a further 1001 to the target.

    honestly I think it was less confusing before =S
