Frozen Hod nodes compensation?

It's been a few days since the enhanced Hod event is over and left a decent proportion of players without rewards because of the frozen nodes.
It seems that the support team was investigating the issue in order to give a  proper compensation to the unfortunate ones that couldn't compete.
Since the release of booster crafting, it has been the main subject and no news have been given about this wasted event situation. Could we get more information about it?

    I am pretty sure that's what the 100 crystal gift was compensation for.

            I wonder if... But 100 crystals doesn't even compensate the progression rewards.
            Besides, as everyone did receive them, it has nothing to do with the players that have been deprived of the event rewards... And the tickets remain opened. 
            Making it clear would be nice from the support team.
