5* PVE Node points?

5* Black Widow - Meet Rocket And Groot = 66 points? (Recent Event)

5* Thor - Thick as Thieves = ~400 points? (Previous Event)

What up with this? Is it due to a Latest Legend/Classic Legend difference?

    5* essential node is worth less points in CL8 and even less in CL7.

    You’re right that may be a huge factor, yet it’s point difference makes no sense.
    Meet Rocket and Groot (CL7) - 5* Widow
    Thick as Thieves (CL8) - 5* Thor

    Points vary from cl9 8 and 7 - believe its 60-70 points lower each cl you go down.

    They can't decide what they want to do with scl 7. It's been fluctuating between high points (good for alliance scores, but bad for new players who come up from a non-5E scl and may not have the 5E) And low points (absolute tapper heaven, bad for alliance scores and low impact to placement for said new players without the 5E).
    Frankly it should be high points always. Low points both is bad for players alliance scorewise and makes tapping ridiculously effectieve.

    The 5E nodes in scl8 are worth roughly 1/12th less than in SCL9.

    The 5E nodes in scl7 are only worth 1/4th to 1/3rd of what they are worth in scl9, making them equal to the 1st or 2nd trivial node.

    The change occurred several weeks ago, was announced here on the forum. The stated intent is to make ownership of the 5* essential less critical in SCL7.

    The change has quite a range of effects and implications.

    No AES - sub 2 of Grocket optimal clear difference between cl9 and cl8 is 272 points, which is 68 points per hit on the 5* node.  Or you know, about 60-70 points.
