Hola a todos quiero saber si alguien me puede dar una mano hace más de un año y medio que no puedo jugar me tira el siguiente error que no me puedo conectar al servidor de shield que revise la conexión a internet,

If i understand correctly, the person above asks someone to lend him a hand, bc for more than a year and a half he gets an error report that he cannot connect to the shield server.
