I feel like 5 in Blue is a must, now the other 2 I'm not sure about about. Green does instant damage with attack tiles. Black blocks off a color for 4 turns, which can be good, but 4 turns is a while. I'm thinking 5/5/3. Any reason to go otherwise?

Since 5 in black does not block only the enemy you can easily go 5,5,3 or 5,4,4.  The extra damage is not that much.  On the 5* level when it only blocks the enemy 5 in black is more important

Aerial Superiority is a clutch play, especially for 3* Angel. You really want to be using it strategically to stop the enemy from gaining AP for a specific ability. The damage from the countdowns isn't horrible, but the long timer contrasts the cheap cost of the ability.

Also, Rank 5 on both Blue and Green is pretty nice, and I don't think it's worth giving either of those up.

Any word on which covers 3* Angel gives?
Teen Jean Green, Pink, Blue .... exact same as Beast. Maybe Beast will eventually be shifted to Nightcrawler.
