Received Simulator Placement rewards three times

I was in slice 5 of Simulator which ended at 11 pm PST last night. Placed 32nd. When it ended, I got my alliance placement rewards as normal, and then later got my personal placement rewards. When I got the personal placement rewards, I only saw the token and iso for day 3, not for the event as a whole. When I hit Claim, the window closed but the background darkened and became unresponsive. I tried minimizing and coming back, but that did not fix it. I finally fixed it by hitting the back button on my phone.

When I went into my Roster, I noticed I had then received 6 3R&G covers instead of 3, and had gotten 6 elite tokens. Didn't think anything of it at the time, since I was distracted. Put the phone down at that point and didn't look at it again until this morning. When I opened it this morning (app was closed, so had to log in and go through the loading screens), it gave them to me again for a third time. 

I am on a Samsung Galaxy 7, latest available Android version.
