Top Bar Animations

Problem:
So we have the option to turn off animations now.  Some people love it, others not so much.  The biggest problem with this change is people who don't turn them off are at a disadvantage because everything in this game is tied to speed.

Suggestion:
Re-work the animations so that they play, but don't stop the player.  There is already a bar across the top that shows the players team and the enemy team.  Why not shrink the animations down and put them up there instead?  People who want to pause and watch them can, others can watch them out of the corner of their eye while continuing to play.  These seems like a more fair and balanced change then what we have (thought there may be technical limitations to it I don't know about).
