Hi Guys!
Do you know when Nicol Bolas will be available to buy in game for gold? I cannot afford to spend 40 quid on it.
I played against him ones and i liked what he can do, could be nice to have him in collection.
And maybe you have knowledge how much in gold will he cost? 2 colours planewalkers cost 650 gold so if he has 3 colours will he cost more than that?

    In the past EVERY sold PW has been available for crystal purchase a few weeks after they leave the vault as a cash purchase.  There is a period of exclusivity in order to make the cash purchase worth something.

    It would be a safe bet to assume he will cost more crystals than a dual colored walker.  No one knows yet how much he will cost in terms of crystals.

    I understand i must wait :D it would be stupid to spend 40 quid and being able to buy it next week. Extra time will allow me to get more gold for him now i have 1300 i hope that will be enough lol

    I would think 1300 should cover him.  Note you'll also need 320k runes if you want to max level him, but crafting might help a touch with that for people too.

    If it follows the same math as the runes to level him, he should cost just under 1500 crystals. Not sure how long they will keep him in the vault, offering him for cash for 2 weeks is unprecedented.

    Yes but they also never sell a new planeswalker at a discount for a week either.

    I hope he'll cost no more crystals than Kiira did. However I bet he will cost 1300 or 1400 mana crystals.

    Kiora was about 50% more expensive than other 2 color walkers because she was first. Have you factored that into your guess?

    I would save at least 1450 crystals to be on the safe side.

    an average casual player can earn about 200 crystals a week. use that as a gauge to see how much crystals you can spend or need to save up.

    @blacklotus I’d say that's the average for an active player in Platinum.  Casual would imply playing fewer events and Bronze / Silver / Gold make fewer crystals per event.

    Actually an active Platinum player earns 300-350 Crystals a week excluding Coalition Rewards and Individual Ranking Rewards.

    A Bronze player who hits all Progression rewards and plays TG every day will already hit 200 Crystals a week.

    Above numbers are excluding the recent recurring HoDs. Add another 140 Crystals from Progression for Platinum players from HoD.
