AP Bar

Overall I think the AP bar is lazy and ugly.  Still, I greatly appreciate it because I will always choose to display as much information as possible.  But there is one thing that drives me absolutely bonkers.

The little arrow when pressed expands the AP bar.  The little arrow when pressed again collapses the AP bar.  So why does tapping the AP bar make it collapse as well?  It sits way too close to the large character icons that there's a good chance you'll fat finger the AP bar when going to fire a power making the bar disappear.  I hate this.  No I don't have fat hands.  I've been told they are pretty and womanly.  No I'm not a woman.  Please fix.
