Psychic Flames ability says: "Deals x damage and creates ... Red Strike tiles. If there are 5 or more friendly Special tiles, creates..."
This way it looks as if the Red Strike tiles were counted int those 5 Special tiles, which is not the case. I suggest either switching the order of sentences, or changing the text to more clear wording.
