Yondu's Centurion Archer vs. Stunned opponents [Devs Aware]

So I was using Yondu's Centurion Archer in PvE.  I had already taken out target #1.  Used Archer and took out #2, #3 was stunned by Scarlet Witch.

While #3 was stunned, the RAD (Red Arrow of Death) didn't attack target #3.

Is this a bug?  (Note, not airborne, stunned).

    I too am running into an issue where once Yondus blue is fired, the passive component won't target any stunned opponents. Once their status returns to normal the passive resumes. I have to assume this is a bug as it's not implicit in the description as well as it makes little sense logically...

    This happened to me a lot even before this PvE. My resolution was to not stun.

    I can also confirm Yaka Assault won't hit stunned enemies. Super annoying when there's only 1 enemy left.

    Hey guys, I just got finished talking with the technical team. It seems that the problem is a known issue, and they're currently working to resolve the problem. This should be fixed in a future update. Until then, I'll update the Bug Status List to include this until the problem can be fixed.
