Show All Cards option.

The option to show all cards is gone when you are deck building, which is fine, I don't need to see cards I don't have when building a deck. However, if I opt to show all cards in the Cards menu if you don't uncheck the box it carries over when you are deck building and you have to go back to Cards to uncheck the box.
