Merge Alliances

I currently have built our alliance up to 15 members. 7 of the members joined thru searching for open alliance. I am trying to get a much more active group of players together. Looking for an alliance of 5-8 members that has consistent and active players to join our alliance. If I can find that I will kick out those that joined our alliance and make it private and send whoever wants to merge their alliance with ours the name of alliance and password to get in.
