So, it looks like you can do the 3-color 1*s until ~146 (1300 Iso/120xp=11.111...) and the 2-colors until ~152 (1000Iso/90xp=10.8333...) based on these projections, right?

I'm back and forth over this all the time. Right now I'm thinking that I should sell all the 1* rather than use them for XP. Because every 100 ISO I lose from selling for XP is 100 ISO less that the new rank is worth to me. If I deny myself 10000 ISO to gain 50000 ISO a little earlier, I'll not do that and just be patient.
But it's an odd-numbered day. Tomorrow I'll have a different point of view.

Just out of curiosity. Has anyone done the math to determine if a 2* champ farm is still the best value or it it's actually better to just roster, add covers, and sell with no ISO spend?0

I realize that. But it's technically possible that it's more gainful not to champ anymore with the change. It's highly unlikely but I haven't done the math and wondering if anyone has. It might be an increase to ISO income at the cost of some HP, 3* covers, and HTs which is a trade off most people would take I'd think.OJSP said:

That's not the math I'm thinking off. I'm thinking of 2* championing is a slight ISO gain at best, slight loss at worst. It may be more profitable to not waste that ISO. To figure that out someone would have to analyst the ISO gains/loss of champing compared to rostering to 13 those same covers and selling them without champing or leveling. So the XP gain from 63 covers (4.84 13 covered 2*s) XP gain vs the ISO gain of championing, which isn't much and some argue is a loss.OJSP said:

I'm just wondering how much the ISO gain from XP would be. If it's not insignificant and ISO is worth forgoing the champ rewards it might be a better farm.
Nvm, I did the math, yeah champ is way better. XP gained from rostering and selling 63 covers is just under 900 XP. The champ levels XP for 1 2* (those same 63 covers) is 2000 XP. only 500 XP. It might be better ISO wise to roster and sell without champing...0 -
