So I am going to try and make this a little more simple.  Here is the data from the past 2 PVS.

Ghost Rider PVP

Had 1 very very late bracket flip, like 4 hrs  before end of the event. 

Players Missed CPs without late bracket flip 23.

with bracket flip 15

Players got CPs that didn't hit the old 1200 mark but top 10-3
