    @Mainloop25 @Coilbox Are you both encountering this with specific events or in general? In addition, what is the operating system of your devices?

    Hi Everyone,

    In addition to asking more about specific encountered instances, I wanted to let everyone know that the development team is aware of this issue, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

    This bug is a carry-over from our predecessors, and we are working on a fix that will require some extensive development/QA efforts. In the meantime, we are working on ways to improve our reaction and resolution time, should this issue occur again in the future.

    Completely impossible to join trial of the planes white and fateful showdown. I've tried over 100 times. I'm on Android. Getting real tired of hearing excuses followed by thanks for your patience and understanding.

    @Brigby I'm on Android, on a galaxy s7 phone. I'm glad to hear that they are actively working to fix this. It's really one of the only unacceptable aspects of this game.

    Do you know what is causing the bug?  Is it something on the player end, or just something screwey with the code?  There may be a way to do a short term fix (or make it less bad) while the team works on a permanent one.

    I'm not a developer, so I'm afraid I'm unable to offer any in-depth information, but what I do know seems to suggest it is not a quick/easy fix. We're currently working on temporary solutions, that can be implemented sooner rather than later (for example, adjusting events so start and end times don't cause conflicting issues).

    In addition, we're working on implementing methods and tech to identify and resolve these "SWW" errors quicker, should they occur again. Beyond that though, a true fix will require extensive development and QA, which inevitably requires much more time.

    Last night till early today I had the problem
     Game worked well tonight.

    It would be nice if work was started on a final solution.

    We really need to be compensated for this. I'm still unable to join fateful showdown. Because this game can't be bothered to run decent code and decent servers I've lost out on:
    110 points in rotgp
    An hou pack
    20 Mana gems
    50 gold gems
    A bunch of runes
    2 akh packs
    1 akh rare

    To add insult to injury I've put in a support ticket about this and gotten no response of any kind from customer support. Nice.

    Thanks for having a look to this @Brigby, it's quite annoying.

    The SWW errors were in general all over the place, loading for different events, loading for picking up rewards, loading for home screen, etc. In my case it's not a matter of an specific event. Whenever the game was loading, SWW Errors occurred most of the times.
    Also, the TotP White event i was not able to join at all, as @Dave808 said up there, i tried a thousand times, getting only the 'an error ocurred' error, once and again and again...

    So roughly, all this jerky mess with the game costed some of us missing events and a bunch of points on some events...
    I opened a ticket the same day, and got an answer just last night apologizing about the inconveniences...
    I understand it's something the team is working on to have fixed as soon as possible, but considering how much grinding it involves to gather and hoard 400 mana jewels feels not very fair...

    I hope you guys could compensate the loss somehow.

    In my case I play on IOS from my Ipad, updated to the last version which i can't really remember which one it is right now... sorry. If i can check it later i will let you know. I'm at work at the moment.

    Anyway, thanks again for the effort guys.

    Everyone got hit with SWW errors and were at least playable... at most times...

    If it's any indication of any compensation...

    I (as many of us did) had a Facebook lockout a few weeks back that I couldn't play or compete AT ALL...  I received nothing... Not even a 'we're sorry' just an issue resolved and closed ticket...  

    Lost out of Top 10 Team Rewards, personal event rewards, 3 days of crystals, Ruins, 3 daily rewards...  Got NADA!

    I would have been at least amused if they sent me a message that said "No Soup For You!'

    Well, thats a very poor way of treating costumers in my opinion...

    It's not like im asking for free stuff or anything... But would be nice to have a special event with double rewards or something like that...

    It's all over the place, eh? Hmm...that's peculiar. It sounds like a different cause for the Something Went Wrong error than what most players were recently experiencing. Would you mind messaging me your UID, so I can have the development take a look at it? (Better yet if you have a relevant support ticket open that you can reference me to)

    Would you mind making sure that your ticket wasn't just merged to another ticket of the same topic? Customer Support will do that sometimes, just to keep same requests collated together, and I can see how that might appear as a ticket being randomly closed.
