Elite Pack - did hit 1 out of 14

I waited until the elite pack offered cards which I did not already own.
When finally the offer showed that I only own one of the 14 cards, I felt lucky.
But guess which card I got when I bought the elite pack?
Yep.
What algorithm is hidden behind this? Each card you own has a higher probability than the rest?

Seven packs of 120 pink cristals and everyone I have gotten were rares, no mythic no masterpiece.

Someone will tell you it is bad luck, but I think that you are rigth, once you have a card is higher yhe probability of getting it dupe. I have 12 mythics of the Amonkhet set, five copies of one of them, three copies of another one and two copies of a third one. I have 9 with only one.

if you bought a 400 jewel pack then ask support for
a re-roll. the odds are weighted to draw more mythics
so it's greater than 1/14 for a dupe.

Higher probability for cards you already own and then humiliation. Get this, now personally I don't get many pink/purple crystals but I had some and got a mythic+ pack. I got an angel of condemnation only to get a dupe out of a free booster a few weeks later.
