Not getting points or ranking in simulator

Not getting any points or ranking from winning fights in simulator hard mode. Please fix as this could ruin my final overall ranking. It started 5 hours ago when the servers went down. Its working in normal mode but not the other one. Please advise.

    YOu should also submit an in game ticket to customer support using the mail icon on the splash screen of the app.
