Is it time to start hoarding?

Lately i have been on a 4* champing spree. Gone from 0 to 8 champs in a few months. It feels great but my ISO is starting to run out. I got enough for 1 more 4* champ but then im empty.

Is it time to start hoarding CP and Tokens until i get more ISO or should i continue to spend them to gain more levels on my champs and cover my other 4*s?

My current champs are:

Carol
Medusa
Blade
Coulson
Rocket & Groot
Riri Williams
Iron Fist
Spider-Woman

10-12 covered:

Invisible Woman (5/3/4)
Vulture (5/3/3)
Mordo (3/3/5)
Gamora (1/5/4)
Wolverine (4/5/3)
Cloak & Dagger (4/3/3)
Sandman (3/4/4)

In general, I would say you can keep pulling until you get the 14th cover of one that is fully covered. I personally don't like dumping iso into any 4* pass lv120 (they don't gain as much fire powers per iso spent pass lv120).

Another reason to hoard is to wait the next 4* to rotate out, but I think Mordo (and Coulson) is a good one to have in your arsenal anyway.
