Anniversary vault reset

It looks like I will have 1-2 pulls beyond my vault after the season end. Can you reset it for free if you have pulled all items?  I would reset early but I still have 2900 HP taunting me as one of the last 7 items currently.

    If you empty it out, it resets for free.

    Yep, I've emptied it twice already.......... Got a 293 Dino though, get the covers while their hot!!!
