Maelstrom Pulse bug

Ran into a bug with Maelstrom Pulse yesterday… I was playing as Elspeth and had out a Steadfast Sentinal, Unwavering Initiate, and Elspeth's human token from her first ability. Opponent plays Maelstrom pulse and first hits the Steadfast Sentinal (note, it was NOT in its zombie/token form), and then my human token. Here’s the weird thing: it created a 1/1 frog token for the human token.

Perhaps some carry over text from copy/pasted coding? I know nothing about programming, just pure speculation.
