    Hes in the standard draw as a one star. He has one power teleport, its a passive and enables him to avoid all damage every turn. He uses his match dmg to wear down the opponent.

    He's in CP vaults already, problem is every time you pull him he teleports away at the last second and you get someone else.

    In all seriousness I would expect he'll be released shortly after Anniversary ends, possibly during a re-run of Apocalypse.
