Hi Everyone!
Just wanted to pop into the forum real quick to let everyone know that we will be out of office on October 9th in observance of Columbus Day.
As always, I'll try to stop by the forums every now and then to make sure everything is alright, and to answer any messages.
Cheers,
Brigby

And what will be different here on the foums due to this. Other than you, the people at the office might have been gone for the last 6 months and we wouldn't know any difference.6

Thank you, D3 for taking another day off to not address our issues and celebrate the man 1. Never set foot in our country and 2. Allowed his crews to kidnap, murder, **** and pillage the indigenous people of the Caribbean islands.

Talk to us. Stop this passive agressive silence, it has no place in company cultures anymore. You talk to your customers or you lose them. We all talk to each other, we share everything, without contributing to the conversation you end up on a severe back foot.
There are many many problems, but silence isn't helping any of them, it's not gaining you anything, only deepening the rift.
Look at your _reasons_ for silence, are they actually being served? Are the results worth more than the direct damage the silence is causing? I suspect that whatever started the silence, it's no longer doing the job it was meant to, don't persist.
You've found yourself in the bog of eternal stench, i recommend you actually climb out.
(And, yes, you personally are probably being hampered by others in the company who think they know what to do, they don't. You know the customers far better than them, push back and demand the power to actually communicate _effectively_. Make them unshackle you. We will support you in that more than anything.)1 -

Hi Everyone. Since we are a small team with multiple responsibilities each, we've been very busy addressing the intricacies of changing developers and being exhibitors at New York Comic Con, so we sincerely apologize for any unintentional reduction in communication.
We have been working closely with Oktagon to make sure that they're receiving the necessary support from us, in order for them to become familiarized with how to successfully manage and utilize the game's system. This is something we have devoted a lot of attention to, since we believe a solid foundation of knowledge will lead towards future confidence and success with development.
Having said that though, we understand that consistent and clarifying communication with the player base is very important, so I will be posting a thread in the forum today, where players can submit any questions you'd like Oktagon to answer. Once we've received these questions, we will compile them and send to Oktagon for review and answering. We hope that with this Q&A session, the team will be able to explain not only our goals moving forward, but also help alleviate any current player concerns.
