Suggested Update for PVE Goons

Now that similar coding has been done to show it's possible, it would be nice to give all the MPQ goons the same passive that 3* Gambit has on his black.  It would allow for node variety without creating excessively difficult "feeder" nodes for tile-movers.  Just a suggestion...

    Eh. If they're going to spend code on it, they'd be better off splitting the goon / tile-mover AP into two different pools so they can do their own thing. Or just find a better way to do goons, period.
