Tool for getting rainbow teams

Earlier in the games life there was this tool someone had made that you could pick one (or two, I guess) character(s) and get suggestions for the final members. Does anyone know if that tool is dead or still alive somewhere and what the name was?

    It lists Iceman and Surfer as "new" - don't think it's been updated in awhile....

    That said, I've never placed much value in rainbow teams. I don't think it matters if you don't have a color covered If you have a strong enough team.

    Sure, but it is a fun way to test new combinations.
