Update 136.1 not available.

I have an iOS device. I keep getting sent to the App Store to update but when I get there, it doesn’t say update it just says open. Is there an update? If so, it doesn’t appear to be available in the iOS App Store.

iOS needed to be updated. Then the update appeared in the App Store. Well that fixed it. All good.
