Worth hanging onto winfinite?

I've been keepin ol Charlie X underleveled (lvl 165) for ages to keep my px/sw/gsbw winfinite team up and running.  I haven't needed to use it in a long time (I've got 37 champ 4*s), but I've been hesitant to lose it, as its been a good last resort when they tune the Bosses too hard.  

Now it seems if I want that Rogue from SHield Training, then I have to break winfinite.  Is it worth hanging onto the training wheels, or should I finally let go?

    It's entirely up to you. The new event helps you get her sooner. If you don't want to sacrifice the Angels, you can acquire Rogue the same way you've acquired your other 4*s. She isn't exclusive. You can still get her covers fairly regularly.

    Personally I was never a fan of Charlie's Angels so this never bothered me. Hell, whenever I see that team in PVP it's usually a huge target.

    Depends on how high your 3* champs have come.

    A Maxchamped 3* does 85 match damage in his strongest color, as does a lvl 270 4*.

    If you SW or GSBW is around 250, they might have already passed a lvl 209 PX.

    I always get top 100 in the release pve for the new character.  The thing is, I don't have Ock, so I'm not sure if I'll miss it (for the first time in years) this go around.

    That's a great observation Starfury!  They are indeed both doing 85 match damage in purple.  I totally forgot about champ levels.  I guess I'll see if I can get px lvl'd enough to hang onto winfinite and get Rogue.  Best of both worlds FTW!

    Winifite is fun, but there are plenty of better other really fun teams with the new 4*.  C&D & Vulture open up a lot of opportunities.  

    If you're in a place where that's your best team and you absolutely rely on it and have 0 options that come close, it might be worth it.  But in the longterm gameplay you will outpace them if you haven't already.  But play as you like.

    Man, I almost forgot about this team. Seemed like such h4xx back in the day.

    Without seeing your roster it's hard to make a call; I guess I'd say that if you've used it in the last month or so it might be worth hanging on to. One Rogue cover isn't going to make or break your progress in the long run.

    My roster is well past the point of needing Chuck and the Gals.  I basically have all 4*s up to R&G champed (when I started hoarding), with the exception of a few mediocre ones (bucky, drax, reed, etc). 

    I have plenty of strong teams to rely on for everyday play, but none (that I know of) that have the "full stop" potential of Charlie's Angels.  That was pretty much the only way I made it through the later stages of that unfortunate first run of Boss Rush, so it made me think I should hang onto it.  Of course, that Boss Rush is also probably the last time I found myself using the Charlie's Angels team.

    PS - I'm the OP, I seem to have inadvertently logged into an alternate account that I didn't know I had? :P

    20+ champed 4*s.
    still won't trade winfinite for any single 4* cover. lol.

    Never had the pleasure to use Charlie's angels until they were way out of vogue.  But I got by plenty of round 8 boss fights with Kamala, Mohawk, and Hulk.

    I have two PX. One is at level 70 and the other one will be champed soon. Just start rostering the dups for px so that you may have both ways.

    I ended up leveling Chuck up to 209.  As Starfury pointed out, thanks to champ lvls on SW and GSBW, winfinite is still working and I got that Rogue cover.

    I've been doing the same, but I haven't had a ton of luck with my dup.  A year+ in and my Xavier clone has only made it to 1/5/0.  4 more blue covers and I'll definitely champ Xavier Prime.
