Patch 136 not available on iOS 11? [Solved]

I see people reporting that they downloaded the iOS patch 136, but so far no confirmation from anyone on iOS 11.
I'm on iOS 11 and I'm still on 135.  My app store shows 136 has been available for about 2 hours, but the only option I have is open, which send me to my 135 version.

    Nvm, ignore this.  I was able to get the update, ui changed quite a bit.  

    Anyone else thinking they didn't/can't get it go to the app store, go to updates, if it doesn't show it updated or have an update button swipe down to update and it should show up.
