No buddy cover awarded from stanard token.

I just pulled a Quicksilver cover from a Standard token and wasn't awarded a 3* buddy cover.   Did the devs change the awarding of a buddy whenever a 3* is pulled from a standard token....

    It didn't change.  I got one last night.  Open a ticket with CS.
